Tom is the Lead for Evidence Strategy and Delivery in Roche’s Patient-Centred Outcomes Research team, specializing in patient-centered outcomes and patient experience data. He serves on the Board of Directors for the International Society for Quality of Life Research (ISOQOL) and has published extensively on patient-centered outcomes. His background includes roles as a consultant, an academic researcher and lecturer, and a practicing physiotherapist.
