Samantha Knott
Global Patient Partnership Leader Roche
Sam has been part of Roche for nearly 21 years and has held numerous positions at a local, regional and global level. The majority of Sam’s experience is in the Medical Communications space – she led the UK Medical Communications team (Medical Information, in-field Medical Science Liaison and Medical Writing teams) and was later promoted to the Global Head, Medical Information overseeing this important service in more than 100 countries. In this role, Sam was accountable for ensuring Roche was providing best-in-class information services to both patients and healthcare professionals across the world.
Sam is passionate about ensuring patients, no matter where in the world, have access to information they require to make informed decisions about their health and care. This passion brought her to the Global Patient Network team in June 2022 where she has been focused on strategy and above-DA initiatives. Her current role involves designing the process for embedding holistic patient insights into key decision points across the end-to-end lifecycle of a disease area, as well as within corporate level strategy such as sustainability.
