Pinal Patel is a strategic clinical development leader with deep expertise in Patient and Site Engagement, Feasibility, and operational excellence across multiple therapeutic areas. As Director of Patient & Site Engagement and Feasibility at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, she leads engagement strategy, feasibility planning, and digital health services to strengthen clinical trial execution for the Medical Affairs portfolio. Previously, she served as Global Feasibility Therapeutic Area Head for Immunology, delivering feasibility across IBD, Rare Disease, and Paediatrics, and supporting Oncology and Vaccines programmes. Pinal is recognised for building strong cross functional partnerships, integrating data and real world insights, and advancing patient centred, scalable development models.
