Hayley Chapman is Executive Director – Operations at Patient Focused Medicines Development (PFMD), leading organisational strategy and scalable patient engagement initiatives worldwide. With over 25 years in healthcare, she specialises in patient experience data, engagement metrics and intelligence, and embedding the patient voice in ESG and sustainability frameworks. Based in Canada, and with lived caregiver experience, Hayley is recognised for building cross-sector partnerships that unite diverse healthcare partners, including biopharma, medtech, regulators, and patient organisations to deliver measurable value and better health outcomes.
